Who handles your data

ETERNALKNOT is a product of Pixunit, a sole proprietorship based in Gujarat, India. Pixunit decides what is collected and why, and is the data fiduciary for it under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

If you buy and build an invitation, we hold:

  • the email address and phone number your account is set up with;
  • everything you enter in the builder, including any contact names and phone numbers you choose to publish on the invitation;
  • the photographs and music you upload;
  • how the builder is used.

ETERNALKNOT is for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.

Your guests

Guests never sign in. We never ask them for a name, email address or phone number, and we do not store their IP address.

We keep two totals on each invitation — opens, and opens from a new device — and set two small cookies so a device is not counted twice and a returning guest is not restarted. Nothing we hold identifies a guest.

How we use your data

We use your data to build and host your invitation, and to reach you about your purchase. We rely on outside providers to host our infrastructure, process payments, send account emails, analytics. We do not sell your data or your guests’ data.

How long we keep it

Your invitation stops opening six months after it is created, or fifteen days after your wedding, whichever is first. We delete the data after one year.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. For a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or any question, write to hello@eternalknot.co.in.
