Terms of service

ETERNALKNOT is a product of Pixunit, a sole proprietorship based in Gujarat, India. Your purchase and this agreement are with Pixunit, and “we” below means Pixunit.

Each purchase is for one template, for one wedding, at the price shown at checkout. It includes three invitations, each with its own events, its own link, and its own guest list.

Seven curated cinematic events come illustrated in the template; you choose the ones you are hosting. You can add your own events beyond those, with no fixed limit — custom events appear as cards rather than full cinematic scenes.

Each invitation stays live for six months from the day it is created, or fifteen days past your wedding date, whichever comes first. After that its link stops opening. Editing closes earlier: once your wedding date has passed, the builder becomes read-only.

The templates, artwork, music, and animations stay ours. Buying a template lets you use it for your own wedding; it does not let you resell, copy, or reuse it elsewhere.

Everything you enter stays yours, and you give us permission to store, adapt, and display it for as long as the invitation runs. You confirm you have the right to share the photographs and music you upload.

Keep your sign-in to yourself; anything published from your workspace is treated as published by you. An invitation may not carry content that is:

• unlawful, hateful, or harassing;
• deceptive or misleading;
• infringing on someone else’s rights.

If that happens, we may remove the content or take the invitation offline.

Invitations are made to order and sales are final. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.

We work to keep your invitation available, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and how it looks and sounds depends on your guest’s phone and browser.

Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits what the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. If any part cannot be enforced, the rest stands.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have jurisdiction.
