Refund & cancellation policy

ETERNALKNOT is a product of Pixunit, and your purchase is a contract with Pixunit. This policy explains how we handle payments made for it.

Every invitation is made to order and delivered the moment your payment completes, so we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

Every template has a full live demo. Please walk through it before you buy — what you see there is what your guests will receive.

If money left your account but you did not receive access, or you were charged twice, send us the payment reference and the contact details you used at checkout. We will verify the transaction and make sure any failed or duplicate charge is reversed.
